Villa Rita

Casa Rita is a splendid villa built with attention to the smallest details and furnished with taste and love by the owner who has thought of the care and comfort of the guests by offering great outdoor spaces with panoramic terraces and a relaxation area with a large Jacuzzi. The house is located in Colli di Fontanelle a few steps from the center of the village with several restaurants and some grocery stores.
The villa consists of an entrance into a living room with sofa beds and satellite TV.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary to cook a great meal for a family or a group of friends. The villa features three double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with shower.
From the kitchen you can access , going up about 20 steps, the terrace overlooking the sea and the magical island of “the Galli” where you will find and outside kitchen with a wooden owen, a barbecue and a large table with chairs where you can organize some great “al fresco” dinner.
Casa Rita is the ideal place if you are looking after a house with feelings and personality where you can enjoy a homey and relaxing atmosphere.
