Villa Karim

Villa Karim is a unique property in a spectacular location with swimming pool, in fact from here Villa Karim is located in Marina della Lobra, a small and relaxing fishing village, where all the houses overlook the small port, from here every day you can embark on typical Sorrentine Gozzi aimed at discovering the famous Island of Capri and the wonderful Amalfi Coast.
In Marina della Lobra there is a grocery store, a bar and a couple of very good restaurant, just few miles from Marina della Lobra there is Massa Lubrense, here you can find everything you will may need during your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, shops, bank and post office.

Villa Karim is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday with family or for those traveling with a large group of friends., in fact the Villa of 250 sqm can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, it has wi-fi, air conditioning, heating and private parking for 2 cars.
From the parking, to reach the Villa, you have to walk a steep road of about 300 meters and on request is possible to book the porterage service.

Villa Karim it develops on two levels:
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, comfortable armchairs and sofas, a fireplace, Tv and a dining table with chairs, the living room has large windows overlooking the entire bay of Naples. The open space kitchen is fully equipped and it has a four-burner gas stove, a fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, a microwave, and all the other appliance you will may need during your stay to prepare delicious Italian meals that you can enjoy on the very panoramic terrace equipped with an outside table and chairs.
On the same floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and an iron board.
A guest bathroom, with sink, toilet and a bidet is available on the ground floor.

Through an internal staircase of 14 step, you will reach the first floor where the are 4 double bedrooms and a twin-bedded room, all the rooms have direct access to a very panoramic terrace and are all equipped with air conditioning except one double that has a fan.
In the corridor there is an extra single sofa bed.

Still on the first floor there are two bathrooms, both of them have sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower.

Villa Karim has a private swimming pool 5,5 X 6,50 sqm and a well-equipped solarium area with sun beds, umbrellas and outside comfortable sofas where you can relax while drinking an aperitif or admiring a breathtaking sunset.

The Villa is located very close to the rocky beach that you can reach from the Villa through a private path.

Sorrento is only 15 minutes driving away with its choice of restaurants and wine bars; the main streets full of elegant boutiques leads to the old town center doubtless the most picturesque district of the town.

A car is recommended if you wish to travel along the coast and you can park it at the villa; there is indeed a private parking for a maximum of two cars.
If, instead, you are not keen on driving abroad you can trust our local drivers who will take you and your family wherever you wish to go! You can book a private car for an amazing day along the Amalfi Coast or maybe to enjoy a tour at the incredible archeological areas of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
Within a short walk, you can reach the nearest beaches at Marina della Lobra from where we fairly recommend to book a private boat tour to the Isle of Capri or to the Amalfi Coast to make memorable your vacation.
