Casa Luanna is a sumptuous residence that stands majestically against the stunning coastal panorama of Positano. With its 120 square meters of elegance and refinement, this villa can accommodate up to 5 guests in an atmosphere of pure luxury.

Immerse yourself in the peace and comfort offered by the villa, equipped with a generously sized heated mini pool (2.20 cm wide, 4 meters long, and 50 cm deep), an intimate private patio, and a secret garden that captures the spirit of the Amalfi Coast.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from the large private terrace, while you relax under the golden sun or immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the pool. The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished and offers every modern comfort, including air conditioning in all rooms, winter heating, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Just a 10-minute walk along the picturesque staircases lies the vibrant heart of Positano, with its charming alleys, gourmet restaurants, trendy bars, and luxury boutiques. Additionally, the villa is conveniently located near a supermarket and a bus stop, making travel easy and convenient.

The entrance to the villa is protected by a secure metal gate, ensuring your privacy and tranquility. Once inside, you will be greeted by an atmosphere of warm hospitality and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed in the lovely outdoor dining area, while the bright and spacious living/dining room is the perfect place to relax and socialize with your loved ones.

From the open plan lounge/dining room, there is a door on the right which leads to another bedroom with a sofa’ bed. From this room, there are French doors which lead out onto the terrace.
On the left of the open plan lounge/dining room, there are three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The first bathroom has a large shower box, toilet, sink and bidet.
Next to this bathroom is a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers and French doors which open onto the balcony.
The second bathroom is blue like the deeper colours of the sea. It also has a large shower box, toilet, sink and bidet.
The second double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet and large box shower.

The villa offers a haven of serenity and relaxation after a day spent exploring the beauties of the Amalfi Coast. Finally, the private parking for two medium-sized cars offers the convenience of having your vehicle at hand during your stay.

At Casa Luanna, every detail is carefully curated to ensure an unforgettable experience for its guests. However, some additional expenses, such as final cleaning, late check-in supplement, tourist tax, and security deposit, are not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
