Villa Emilia is an independent land home of 19* century, surrounded by olive trees, grapevine and lemon trees. It takes place in a favoured position, near the village of Santa Maria Annunziata, and it has a wonderful view of Capri. Farmhouse "Villa Emilia", is comfortable, country, and is surrounded by trees, grass and fields. Villa Emilia is not very far from the sea, just 3 km, in a very quiet position.
Villa Emilia has two floors: on the first floor you can found the kitchen (it has the oven and the freezer) with the lunch table, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet and WC, and the exit on the garden.
On the second floor there are: 1 room with twin beds, 1 double room and a living room with a double sofa bed. Both rooms have the exit on the balcony.
It is supplied with a round, prefabricated, inflatable swimming pool , with deck-chairs and barbecue to spend peaceful moments of relax.
Villa Emilia offers great views of the sea together with the isle of Capri.
