The wide living/dining room has a sunny position all day long; it has got a double sofa bed (140cmx190cm), dining table, and TV sat.
The entrance hall divides the day-side from the night one where you'll find a double bedroom with LCD 32" and TV sat and sloping ceiling ( 210cm-170cm) with a twin bedroom.
Air conditioning and warm air in the house.
The two bathrooms have got bidet-WC and shower.
The kitchen is well equipped ( freezer, fridge, micro-wave, oven, washing machine)
The wide balcony has a lovely view on Salerno bay and terrace furniture.
Sleeping possibility for 5 pax.

the house  is in S.Agata sui due Golfi, 250 m far from the centre of the village, 5 km from Massa Lubrense, 9 km from Sorrento, in a sunny position, on the top of a hill, 9 km from the beach, on a main road. All amenities are very close by the house (chemistry, grocery shop, newspaper shop, tobacco shop...); bus stop at 100 m; public car park at 150 m. Reserved parking place on request.
