The elegant and newly constructed Villa Principe dramatically overlooks the sea offering panoramic views of the coastline and the nearby islands of Li Galli. Peacefully immersed in a garden leading to a terrace and pool overlooking the sea, Villa Principe has two floors decorated in a breezy seaside style typified by a cool blue and white color scheme, a mix of modern and antique furnishings, marble staircases and spacious rooms. The villa is equipped with a range of amenities including telephone, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microware oven, satellite TV, and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. From the villa you can reach the sea by taking an unpaved road down the cliffs. It is easy to reach all the most important turistic centres or to organize exciting excursions to the island of Capri.

On the ground floor of Villa Principe you find an entrance with a marble staircase leading to the first floor, a living room with a very large fireplace, a  dining room, a kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a terrace. On the first floor, instead, you find one double bedroom with bathroom with tub, two double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with bathroom with shower, a large terrace with the swimming pool, a sun bathing area and a shower box. All  the bedrooms have access to the panoramic terrace with sea view.

A private car park is at disposal of our guests.
